About the Role:

DSPolitical is seeking a Programmatic Trading Associate to manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns for progressive political clients. You’ll analyze campaign data, traffic digital ads, and ensure quality control during major election cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage programmatic advertising campaigns
• Analyze audience segments and campaign performance for optimization
• Ensure quality control for hundreds of campaigns
• Support client satisfaction and reporting
• Assist with upselling or expanding services to existing clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in politics, public affairs, or digital advertising
• Familiarity with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and ad-serving platforms
• Strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
